Presleep Care
Presleep Care is a mobile app designed to change the bad habit of staying up late. By providing skin tests and sleep challenges, users can develop a good habit of skin care before going to bed and going to bed early.

Design Problem
When you think of bad habits, what comes to your mind? Maybe staying up late, maybe spending too much time on the phone. Or maybe both. In this project, the bad habit I wanted to change was staying up late and spending too much time on my phone before bed. How to change the bad habit and develop the habit of going to bed early became a problem that I need to consider.

Design Research
In 2007, South Korean scientists conducted an experiment. They observed the skin damage caused by staying up late on the subjects. Through testing and comparing the state of the skin under different sleep states, to observe how much the effect of staying up late on the skin is.

Although it just one night that that didn't sleep , the results were significant. Whether it was the skin's moisture content, skin tone, skin elasticity and barrier function, it decreased, and even the number of pores on the skin increased significantly. In Figure, we can see that for the eye skin, the blood flow around the eyes is also not optimistic. It shows blood flow slows down and pigmentation. In this case, dark circles may be formed.

Design Concept
In a design research, I found a relationship between late sleep and skin condition. I think maybe it's an incentive to go to bed early. In this age of appearance, everyone wants to look good. Taking this as a starting point can not only encourage people to go to bed early, but also allow people to develop a good habit of skin care. In terms of skin care, people also have the problem of not knowing their skin type, so they don't know what kind of skin care products are more suitable for them.

In this APP, I will focus on skin care to help users get rid of the bad habit of staying up late and playing with mobile phones before going to bed. The function of skin detection will help users understand their skin type and what kind of skin care products are more suitable for them. At the same time, skin care is used as a bedtime routine, so that users have a sense of ritual about sleeping. Sleep challenges will reward skincare products to motivate people to go to bed earlier.

Skin Detection
After logging in, the app will perform skin detection on the user. The skin test will be divided into two parts, a questionnaire and a photo test. The skin detection feature generates skin reports for people. This part can help people better understand their skin condition, and users can know how to choose skin care products that suit their skin.
Schedule Bedtime Ritual
After logging in, the app will perform skin detection on the user. The skin test will be divided into two parts, a questionnaire and a photo test. This part can help people better understand their skin condition, and users can know how to choose skin care products that suit their skin.
It's worth mentioning that, to increase awareness, I've added interesting interactions. I added an interactive cloud to mimic the way a pull-down switch turns off the light. After pulling down the clouds, the interface will change from day mode to night mode. Night mode can also hint that the user knows bedtime is near.
Sleep Challenge
Go to bed early challenge will help people to better go to bed early in the way of punch card. Users can unlock the corresponding skin care product samples and discount rewards after completing the specified number of days to go to bed early. As a user, not only can you develop the habit of going to bed early, but you can also get free samples of skin care products. As a merchant, you can get real feedback from users after using skin care product samples.
